WAPE-FM BRINGS YOU THE “THE BIG APE BEACH PATROL OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. THREE WAYS TO ENTER
• Beginning May 22nd, listeners are invited to locate the Big Ape Beach Patrol out at various Jacksonville Beach locations every Saturday starting May 24th through August 30th. At each location, listeners can register to win a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Listeners must hand print name, address, zip code and home telephone number. (If you do not have a phone, indicate “NO PHONE”. Failure to comply with this or any other official rules will result in disqualification.) Limit one entry per person per weekly location. One entrant will be selected the following Monday after each Beach Patrol stop (5/26/08, 6/2/08, 6/9/08, 6/16/08, 6/23/08, 6/30/08, 7/7/08, 7/14/08, 7/21/08, 7/28/08).

• Text the word “cruiser” to wape@metropcs.com. One qualifier will be selected on the last day of each month of the promotion (5/31/08, 6/30/08, 7/31/08, 8/31/08, and 9/05/08.) Five (5) entrants will be chosen total.

• Test drive any vehicle at Arlington Toyota – 10939 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32225. After a test drive, you will be able to register to win the chosen Beach Patrol FJ Cruiser. Five (5) total qualifiers will be chosen on September 4, 2008. The FJ Cruiser winner will be chosen at random on September 6, 2008 at Arlington Toyota.

2. REVERSE LOTTERY GIVEAWAY
Twenty - Five qualifiers (25) will be invited to attend the Grand Prize Event on September 6, 2008 at Arlington Toyota, 10939 Atlantic Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32225 from 10am-12pm. Registration will begin at 10am. Qualifiers MUST be present before 11:30am to be eligible. Any finalists who arrive after 11:30am will not be eligible to win the vehicle. Upon submitting proof of identification at registration, qualifiers will pull a number (1-25) out of a bucket. Once the ceremony has begun a WAPE on-air personality will then call out the numbers in sequential order. The specified qualifier then may choose one of twenty-five (25) beach buckets filled with sand. In the sand is either a WAPE prize or the keys to the brand new FJ Cruiser. The qualifier to pull out the keys to the FJ Cruiser wins the FJ Cruiser. Once the Key is pulled out of the bucket, the contest is over. The winner is responsible for all taxes, tag, title and any other fees. Winner also must be credit worthy. In the event a qualifier is unable to attend the event, he/she may designate a representative to attend the event for him/her. Prior to the event, qualifiers must provide the name of the designated representative to the Promotions Staff of 95.1 WAPE by September 3rd, 2008 at 5:30pm. If qualifier or designated representative fails to appear at the Grand Prize Drawing Event by 11:30pm on 08/06/08, he/she forfeits any and all opportunities of winning the Grand Prize. Decisions of the judges are final. Limit one finalist per household. Odds of being a qualifier will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Maximum odds of a qualifier receiving the winning number are Twenty – Five (25).

3. GRAND PRIZE
(1) Grand Prize: 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Prize valued at $30,001.30. Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash or cash equivalent value.

4. GENERAL RULES
Open only to residents of northeast Florida who, as of 5/22/08 are 21 years or older and who possess a valid driver’s license. Employees of WAPE-FM, Cox Radio Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Arlington Toyota employees, employees of any other broadcast facility in the Jacksonville total survey area as defined by the Arbitron rating survey, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are NOT eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential Grand Prize winner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within 7 days of attempted notification. Non-Compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable (by mail or phone) will result in disqualification. On-air and appearance qualifiers will be notified by mail with a qualification letter sent to the address given to the 95.1 WAPE representative at the time of qualifying. All qualifiers will also receive a copy of contest rules by mail prior to September 6th, 2008. If notification attempts are unsuccessful (no answer, busy signal, answering machine, etc.), the participant will be disqualified from the chance of being a contest qualifier. Up to three notification attempts will be made per participant. WAPE-FM and Arlington Toyota reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or lesser value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting this prize, winner agrees to hold WAPE-FM, Cox Radio Inc., and Arlington Toyota employees and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims, losses or liability arising directly or indirectly with the prize or contest. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Decisions of the judges are final. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical error or any error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.
