Jacksonville has several local attractions that not only tourists, but residents will find exciting. Here are just a few:

    Anheuser-Busch Brewery
Mmmmmmmmm, beer! Ever wonder how that delicious mixture of barley and hops is created? The Anheuser-Busch Company wants to remedy that. At the Anheuser-Busch brewery, the public is invited to tour the brewery and learn firsthand how beer is made and bottled. And the best part, FREE SAMPLES!

Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens
The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens is a museum with a world-class collection and a nationally-recognized education center. The museum houses a collection of art from all ages and many cultures, organizes and presents special exhibitions, and has developed innovative programming and extensive community outreach. Two and one-half acres of formal gardens on the west bank of the St. Johns River provide further appeal for visitors.

    Jacksonville's Parks
Off the Northeast Florida coast near Jacksonville Beach, a string of island parks offers pristine beaches, sand dunes, coastal hammocks and marshlands. Visitors can enjoy such activities as kayaking, sailing, canoeing, hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, surfing, bird watching and camping.

Museum of Science and History (MOSH)
A recent, $1-million renovation and a new logo, "Wonders Never Cease," make downtown Jacksonville's Museum of Science and History (MOSH) a "must-see" for visitors to the First Coast, and science and history buffs in general.

    Fort Clinch
To get a real feel of the history of an area, you need to go right to the source. Fort Clinch is located just north of Jacksonville in Fernandina Beach. History abounds on the grounds of this fort with its hollowed walls and cannons reaching out to all who enter.

Fountain of Youth Yes, just south of Jacksonville in historic St. Augustine lies Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth. Okay, so it doesn't make you younger, and it sort of tastes like sulfur water...but what they hey...it's pretty cool to say, "I've sampled the Fountain of Youth!"

World Golf Village and The World Golf Hall of Fame
Located near St. Augustine, the World Gold Village has everything you wanted to know about golf. But the excitement tees off at the WGV IMAX Theater, which features several great films on a really big screen!
