My sister and niece are residing at the Super 6 on Bay Meadows, Jacksonville. As of NOW they are locked out of their room. My niece is 6 months pregnant and has serious health problems. My sister works full time and they barely get by. My sister lost her home due to the economy 5 months ago and they are struggling to get by. I have exhausted all monies to help them. Is they anyone out there that might be able to help them get by? Is there anyone out there that could put them up until they get on their feet? Will someone please take a chance and pass it on to them? There are so many families right here in the US that need help ... somebody please help them. Super 6. Big Ape why don't you have a greatest father's day contest? My father is retired U.S. Navy, after committing his life to his family and country. He retired in 1994, at that time he thought he could give back the years of sacrafice my mother and us had made. Unfortunately my mother was killed by a drunk driver in 1997. My father was lost, left to take on the responsibilty of raising my two brothers and sister and me. My brother Tracy has been mentally and physically impaired since birth, he can't crawl, sit or walk, he also is blind. My brother's birthday is June the 21st, ironic, Father's Day. Did I mention to complicate things we lost my older brother Sonny to a drunk driver in 2003. My father and us have been through alot and trying times. He's always wanted a home for all of us if I could give my dad a Father's Day present, that would be it, he's always been there for people, the guy on the side of the road, my dad would give his last dollar for, yeah sure people say the guy should get a job, but how can you judge someone if you don't know there story? My dad once was in line at a grocery store and behind a elderly lady with grandbabies, didn't have enough to pay for her grocercies and he paid for them. He's always like that, he gives all his thank's to the man upstairs. I think this time of the year we should all be thankful for those that do these little things like my dad. Don't know why I'm sending this maybe so folks can appreciate what they have and learn from the things and lessons in life... alot of our soldiers overseas is just like my dad, alot of us don't realize the committment our soldiers have and the faith that there families statside are being taken care of...
