Comedian Ron White of the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour”says he got pinched by Florida cops for posession of pot only because he’s getting screwed by the former pilots of his "Tater Air" private jet. (Um, Ron White has a private jet??? It's good to be a redneck!) The two pilots say a wasted Ron charged the cockpit and threatened to crash the plane back in May. They had enough and called the po-po. Ron tells the Atlanta Journal Constitution he fired the pilots, so one of these guys dropped the dime on him, resulting in his arrest on the tarmac in Vero Beach. Best part: White swears the pot is medicinal but won't name his condition.


Hmmm, I told you yesterday that Jennifer Lopez completed the Malibu Triathlon last weekend? Turns out, she competed just days after saying she couldn’t do the season finale of Project Runway because of a "foot injury." The real reason J.Lo abruptly pulled out of Runway is because she was denied a role in an upcoming Weinstein film - the same Weinstein Brothers Company that produces Runway. In a little tit-for-tat, Heidi Klum and husband Seal stood up Jennifer as guests at Marc Anthony's 40th birthday party in New York on Sunday night! That's mature.


If you see her on the street, be careful! Nicole Richie will mess you up! Everyone in NYC for Fashion Week was buzzing about Nic's beatdown of a Swedish tourist who tried to snap a photo of her! It all went down outside of Charlotte Ronson's (yes, Lindsay Lohan’s girlfriend’s sister) fashion show after-party. When the tourist took a snapshot, Nic yelled, "I'm not an animal," jumped over some velvet rope, ripped the camera out of the girl's hand, and smashed it to the ground.


Lindsay Lohan pulled something similar Sunday night. LiLo was walking to the Bowery Hotel for Marc Anthony's "surprise" birthday party, chatting away on her cell phone when she tripped over a metal barricade. She turned around and accused a paparazzi of tripping her! She walked right up to the photographer and punched him in the nose! As she walked away, she was overheard saying into her cellphone, "Oh my God, I just hit a paparazzi." Police were called, but thankfully for Lindsay, no charges were filed. (yet)


Another American Idol runner-up is in the has-been column. Former Idol contestant, Blake Lewis, announced to his MySpace "friends" that his record company pulled the plug on his current tour. Lewis, who was #2 to winner Jordin Sparks, says he is in the process of finding both new management and a new label. He apologizes to his fans and everyone who bought tickets. What goes around comes around, Blake. Shouldn't have bad-mouthed all the other Idols!


After 10 years, MTV's Total Request Live is going off the air. Producers announced the final episode will air on a Saturday afternoon in November but cryptically added that the show isn't gone forever. TRL originally debuted back in September 1998 and was hosted by Carson Daly.


Friends are trying put out the word that Eva Longoria Parker is not pregnant - she is "just fat". Longoria Parker has been looking round in the belly lately and since she's a newlywed, we all thought that she was expecting a child with husband Tony Parker. Eva swears she has piled on the pounds for this season of Desperate Housewives.
