On the CW's brand new 90210 the role of infamous new girl Brenda Walsh has been reincarnated played by newcomer, Shenae Grimes, who portrays Annie Wilson. Now it seems she's repeating Shannen Doherty's bad girl mistakes on and off the set! According to reports, Miss Grimes has been "tormenting everyone on set" with rude behavior toward cast, crew, and extras because - as she put it - "This is my show - everyone else is riding my coattails." She's even said to have scoffed at a guest star, "Who the hell are you?" Better watch your karma, girlfriend, cuz it's actually the original cast who is propelling the show, as ratings dropped after the first week with Doherty's absence. Grimes better clean up her act or else
it's a future full of Lifetime TV movies for her!
Miley Cyrus has a new man in her life - and he's a HOT underwear model. I can write that because the guy is 20!!! Cyrus has been hanging out with Justin Gaston, a model and former contestant on "Nashville Star." Miley, who is 15 which makes it illegal, was spotted attending church with Gaston. He also attended Disney's Concert for Hope later that evening, where Miley performed alongside the Jonas Brothers. (Ooo, that must have been comfortable!) Gaston has modeled for Kenneth Cole and Guess. He was eliminated in the third round of "Nashville Star" in June. More importantly, he's the object of Taylor Swift's affection in her music video for "Love Story."

Never thought I'd report this, but you're more likely to catch a virus from Brad Pitt than you are from Paris Hilton! According to the McAfee Internet Security company's annual list of the most dangerous celebs to search for on the web, Brad Pitt is more infectious than everyone else ... even Paris Hilton. Remember kids, always use protection on your PC! Surf safely!

Mother of the year Lynne Spears has already revealed so much in her "tell all" new book, "Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World." Hard to believe there's anything else to talk about! But Lynn is launching her book tour which will include appearances on TV. Her publicity tour may include speaking to Larry King on Sept 24th. Her book was released yesterday.
Finally some good news for Gossip Girl fans and the CW. Ratings soared greatly Monday night as Gossip Girl hit a new series high this week bringing in 3.7 million viewers. It was up over 11% from its previous two episodes. It also got an all-time high in every demographic. thanks to the two shows, CW took second place among all of the broadcast networks last night. CW might face some problems next week when the big season premieres begin on the major networks.
Those of us who love "Grey's Anatomy" for the storylines and who is sleeping with whom are getting a dose of reality this coming season. (Not why I tune in!) The Kaiser Family Foundation says it's worked with the writers of the ABC drama to embed health messages into storylines. One storyline revolved around an HIV positive pregnant woman, who, during the show, learned that with the proper treatment she has a 98% chance of having a healthy baby. One week after the show aired, 61% of the people who watched the program knew the woman's chances. Researchers also found 29% of regular viewers of the drama say they believe the medical information is "very" accurate. Look, I don't mind learning about interesting medical conditions, but please don't turn Grey's into an After School Special!!! Ever wanted to see "Today" hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb without any make-up? (Me neither!) But they will take it all off today in a segment about the best way to remove makeup and have volunteered to use the featured products on their own mugs. Gifford says, "We're going to try to give people, point by point, how to take your makeup off properly so you don't get any on your pillow at night," said Kotb. Um, is this REALLY a problem? Washing our faces wrong? Going barefaced live on TV is becoming the new trend on television. Last week, Tyra Banks scrubbed herself clean on the season premiere of "The Tyra Banks Show," while another woman was glammed up to prove that with the right lighting and makeup, anyone can look like a supermodel. Though the point of the "Today" segment has a slightly less earnest focus than Banks' we're-all-beautiful exercise, Gifford and Kotb recognize the inherent interest in seeing celebrities without their makeup and are happy to indulge it. Thankfully, this is a one-time-thing.
