2. Channing Tatum buys new shirts instead of doing his laundry
Doing chores isn’t fun for a lot of people. Channing Tatum apparently was so against doing the laundry for a while that he bought new t-shirts instead for a year!
“I hate doing laundry. Like, I hate it more than I can possibly say. I had one year that I called ‘the year of the fresh white T,’ and I don’t think I did laundry all year that year and I just wore white T-shirts that I just bought,” Tatum shares in a new video for “GQ.”
He apparently did the math and felt not doing laundry was the right move at the time. “I’d [look at a shirt and] be like, ‘I can get like two wears out of this a week. This is gonna be good.’ The year of the fresh white T — ‘99 or 2000. It’s a beautiful year,” he shared. Read More.
3. Six Flags Mexico ride breaks down & fans stuck 250 ft in the air!
Footage from Six Flags Mexico is going viral after a bunch of people got stuck on a ride almost 250 feet up . . . in the middle of a huge STORM.
The ride is called Supergirl Sky Flight, or SkyScreamer at some of their parks. You’re in a swing that spins you in circles. A lot of fairs have them too, but those don’t go very high. The Six Flags version hits a max height of 242 feet.
They were at the top when the ride froze up. So they were just dangling for 10 minutes. And there happened to be a torrential DOWNPOUR at the same time.
