Now You Can Be JoJo Siwa’s Roadie for $900

First, it was Gene Simmons offering fans the chance to be a roadie for a day on his tour… for a whopping $12,500. Now JoJo Siwa is jumping in with her own version — and compared to Gene, she’s giving fans a deal.

On her upcoming North American tour, JoJo is offering a “Dream Guest VIP” package for $900. Still pricey, but way more budget-friendly than Simmons’ package.

So what do you get for the $900?

“You are actually going to get to come during while we’re loading in the show,” JoJo says. “You’re gonna get to kind of help us set it up and make sure things are right — and test out the drum with me or the DJ booth with me.”

Yep, you’ll be part of the pre-show setup. You’ll even get to help test equipment and possibly offer input on the setlist for that night’s concert. Oh, and unlike Gene’s offer, the concert ticket is included.

You also get a meet-and-greet with JoJo, autographed memorabilia, and a whole lot of backstage access. All in all, it sounds more like a fun hang than actual work — same with Gene’s “Roadie-for-a-Day” package, just with a much heavier price tag.

Gene recently defended his package in an interview, saying:

“When I was a kid and went to see shows, I was always curious, ‘What’s it like when they’re in a hotel? What’s it like when the stage is set up? What’s it like being onstage when they’re performing and seeing the audience from the stage?’”

“I decided, ‘You know what, nobody’s ever done it. Why not open the idea to be my personal roadie for the day?’”

It’s a cool idea — but even with all the perks, $12,500 still feels like rockstar pricing.
