JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — A local restaurant in Jacksonville Beach is temporarily closing its doors.
Jax Beach Brunch Haus made the announcement Tuesday night citing the rise in COVID-19 cases and its desire to keep guests, staff and the community safe.
The brunch spot was last open on New Year’s Day. It hopes to reopen on Friday.
It shared the following statement on its social media accounts:
“We were hoping to open back up tomorrow but witnessing the rise in positive cases of Covid-19 and its variant, we made the tough decision to remain closed. We are hoping to reopen Friday (1/4) but ultimately want to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, family and friends. We apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for the continued support and patience.
Much love,
The JBBH Family”
