The weather on Sunday was not that great, but at least here in Jax we only go rain. That was not the case for our friends out west in Walton Beach.
There were many other angles of the storm too:
Video of a city vehicle taking some damage during the storm. Your city first responders and utility crews are assessing damage and assisting with reports of: -Downed power lines and power poles, downed trees, roof damage, shattered glass, vehicle damage, etc. -No storm related injuries reported thus far. -Reported damage areas include Kenwood, Industrial/Maples, Hollywood/Jet, and parts of Ocean City-Wright outside the city limits. That’s what we know so far; stay tuned for updates as we continue to assess. Remember that your safety comes first, so please use extra caution if you must be on the roads. Stay safe in the Fort.
